The 30-day course
Twelve chapters over thirty days, one for each face your business already turns toward a customer — in your trade's own words, and you write the answers.
What it costs
$99, paid once.
There is a second rung at the same figure and it is not this one: Your Gala is $99 every month. This one is paid once.
What is in it
12 chapters over 30 days. One chapter for each face your business already turns toward a customer, whether or not anybody has written it down. Nothing here tells you how long a chapter takes or how much of an evening it is, because nobody has set that and dividing 30 by 12 would be a promise about your week made out of arithmetic.
It is written 13 times over, once for each line of work, so each chapter's question arrives in the words your own trade uses rather than in general ones. Every one of the 156 chapters was checked against the question it is supposed to answer, character for character, on the day this page was written.
What you are answering
Behind the 12 chapters sit 90 questions, counted off the list itself rather than quoted, and they fall into 12 groups of 8, 7, 8, 7, 8, 8, 7, 7, 8, 7, 8, 7 — in that order, one group to a chapter.
- Findability Whether a stranger can tell what you sell and what it costs. 8 questions
- Qualifiability Whether they can work out that you can take them. 7 questions
- Bookability Whether they can actually get in, without you. 8 questions
- Predictability Whether they know what happens once they say yes. 7 questions
- Visibility Whether they can see the work while it is happening. 8 questions
- Automability Whether the job moves on without somebody remembering. 8 questions
- Memory Whether you hold what you already know about them. 7 questions
- Continuity Whether the next visit starts where the last one ended. 7 questions
- Reachability Whether you come back to them at the right moment. 8 questions
- Countability Whether every job is recorded the same way. 7 questions
- Answerability Whether you can ask your own business a question. 8 questions
- Learnability Whether the business gets better from its own record. 7 questions
Where the answers go
Of the 90 questions, 23 can be answered on a website and the other 67 need something a website does not hold — a diary, a till, a case file. Both numbers are counted rather than quoted, which is why they are odd ones.
You write the answers. Nobody writes them for you at this price, and that is the reason it is this price.
Bringing one topic's worth about each of the 12 is what qualifies a business for a Gala, and that costs nothing. What this buys is being taught to answer them.
What you get, and what does not happen
All 156 chapters across the 13 lines of work are written — 12 of them are yours. Nothing is sent to you automatically. There is no mail going out on this yet and no page here that opens a chapter, so paying records the order and a person answers you. Write to hi@gala.ltd and the chapters come back by hand. What happens after you pay says the same thing in full, and it is worth reading first rather than after.
How to buy it
Buy The 30-day course — an email address is all it asks for. You do not need a website: this is a thing you read, so the website box is optional here, which it is not on the rung that builds a store.
Reaching the checkout from your own line of work's page instead records which of the 13 you are buying. This one page stands for all 13 and cannot tell.
